Annapolis, MD Wedding at Quiet Waters Park | Andrea & Ben

Last week on Friday I photographed Andrea and Ben as they became husband and wife.  You may remember them from their engagement session in Downtown Annapolis!  The two were married at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Crofton and held their reception at the Blue Heron Center at Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis.  I met up with Andrea at the church before she and Ben shared a first look prior to the ceremony, then it was off to Quiet Waters for newlywed portraits together, followed immediately by their fun reception!  The day flew by in a blink and I soaked up every second with this fun and outgoing couple on their day.

Both Andrea and Ben are police officers, big time hikers, campers, and adventurers.  They live simply, with purpose, and fun!  Their wedding day was planned with the same principles and felt simple and elegant.  Hair, makeup, and the floral hair pieces that her closest ladies wore were done by the bride herself, and her grandmother baked the cake.  Her bouquet designed by Willow Oak Flower and Herb was meant to feel rustic and wild.  I absolutely adore how it came out!  Andrea's earrings are heirloom pieces and belonged to her grandmother.  I think you'll agree with me when I say they are absolutely out of this world.  Andrea and Ben's wedding bands were crafted using family wedding rings.  What a brilliant and special way to honor your family and commitment to one another!

I hope you two had a blast in Yellowstone and are enjoying California!  Congratulations again and thank you for having me to photograph your day!
