This family right here is very near and dear to my heart. I photographed Lauren & Donny's wedding back in 2010 -- 5 years ago! (Wow.) Lauren and I have also been friends since our high school years at South River. Their wedding was the second wedding that I ever photographed. Just when I was discovering the joy of documenting love. What a journey it has been! My equipment and technique have changed a lot over the last 5 years, but one thing remains the same: I absolutely love it. I am blessed to do what I do and every time I get to see this group it brings back a flood of memories and emotions. They had their photo shoot in the same location where they were married, at Camp Letts in Edgewater, MD. But this visit they had a new addition to the family :) It was perfect.
Lauren and Donny have been monumental in the growth of my business and have sent numerous clients my way. Next year I get to photograph Donny's brother's wedding! (Insert overjoyed happy dance here) I can't begin to describe how huge an honor it is to receive referrals like this. This photo shoot was my thank you to them.
